This is a copy of the email I received this morning from
Greddy.Hello Dean,
Thank you for your interest in Greddy Products. My name is
Brian Dungca, and I am in the Customer Service, and Technical
Support department.
This was a total misunderstanding, I have been in contact
with Z1 about this issue. Our Electronics do not come with
US/ English warranty cards, but are covered under warranty
for 1 year from original date of purchase through the
Authorized Greddy Dealer. It is a good idea to keep the
receipt of purchase, just in case the Dealer shuts down or
loses their files for passed purchases/ sales.
To our Knowledge, Z1 purchases all their Greddy Products
through us. They are a reputable company and I have never
had any issues with them.
Again, thank you for bringing this to my attention Dean. I'm glad you're not stepping into the gray market.
